Almost 6 years ago I took a leap of faith and joined the Gio's Garden family. And it has been an amazing experience. In 2012, being the only full time staff and working with 5 families, I am shocked at how much we have grown. We were providing about 20 hours of needed respite care each week to our families, compared to 250 hours of care we now provide to more than 90 families! We have grown to have a staff of 7 full time and 12 part time staff. 

Over the years we have been very fortunate enough to be able to raise enough funds so that we do not need to charge the families for the hours of care that we provide. But because of our unbelievable amount of growth in such a short time, we are struggling with bringing in the amount of income that we need to serve all of the children with special needs that need the care and support. 

I'm hoping that you will be able to help out and make a donation today. Your gift goes directly to our program and gives moments of respite care that truly makes a difference in the lives of families. Any amount will make a difference. A gift of $30 provides a tank of gas for the kiddos to be able to experience field trips. A donation of $50 provides a three hour shift for a kiddo. A donation of $100 provides an evening of care to Gio's kiddos and their siblings so parents can have a true date night.
