Challenge yourself to a 3 hour Flyght and Dragonfly extravaganza!
You will start with a Domestic ride, Flyght's signature indoor cycling class. After a little cool down, head on upstairs to Dragonfly! You will then participate in a 45 minute Power Up Class, followed by a 60 minute restorative Aroma Yin class.
Cost: $20 for all 3 hours, all proceeds to benefit Gio's Garden

Join other past and present Gio's Garden parents for the November Parent Support Group.
The support group is time set aside just for you. A time to unwind and find comfort among other parents of children with special needs. A light meal will be provided,
but you are welcome to order extra food and drinks on your own.
Registration is open until Tuesday, November 11th. Any cancellations should be done by then as well. To register your child for childcare during this time, register
